California ban on same-sex marriage struck down
I know it will probably go to the Supreme Court, and there will be lots of horrible, gay-bashing, hypocritical rhetoric from the anti-family idiots that are pushing a November ballot initiative to change the state constitution but for today, rationality has prevailed!

I have mixed feelings on this issue...and not for the reasons most people oppose this law.
You spoke of the marrying and tipping points in an earlier post...I tell my gay friends that I'm so happy they'll never get married and have kids and leave me! Not that I live in CA anymore -- but maybe now they'll all move there :(
